The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing and separating stems of berry fruits, capable of obtaining only fruits by effectively removing and separating stems from berries such as harvested aronia, cherry, blueberry and the like. The apparatus for removing and separating stems of berry fruits comprises: a chain conveyor having frames provided in parallel with each other and a transfer unit having a plurality of transfer guide rollers connected to each other in an endless track to transfer fruits supplied to one side to the other side by being driven by driving force of a driving means inside the frames, wherein the transfer guide rollers are spaced apart from each other and have a stem discharge passage for falling stems separated from fruits downward through a gap; a fruit supply unit connected to one side of the chain conveyor; a fruit discharge guide unit connected to the other side of the chain conveyor to guide fruits transferred by the transfer unit such that the fruits are stored in a fruit storage box; a plurality of stem discharge induction units installed to be spaced apart from each other along a longitudinal direction on an upper part of the chain conveyor, and having brushes which are provided on a lower part thereof to be in contact with fruits and stems transferred by the transfer guide rollers so as to induce stems existing between fruits and stems adhered to fruits to be separated and discharged toward the stem discharge passage; a stem support plate installed on a lower part of the chain conveyor to be located on an inner space of the transfer unit rotating in an endless track and supporting stems discharged through the stem discharge passage and falling; and a catching piece installed to be arranged on a lower side of the stem discharge passage while being coupled to the frames, and guiding a part of stems sticking out of the stem discharge passage to be caught and to fall downward.본 발명은 수확한 아로니아, 체리, 블루베리 등의 베리류에서 줄기를 효과적으로 제거 및 분
