PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature-controlled water supply device that can cultivate plants regardless of changes of ambient temperature in a good condition, and can be easily handled.SOLUTION: A water supply device comprises: a circulation part 11 through which water W is circulated a water-absorbing material 12 arranged on the circulation part 11 a temperature regulator 13 and a cultivation foundation 14 arranged on the water-absorbing material 12. The temperature regulator 13 is for heating the cultivation foundation 14.
