The present invention relates to a device to measure a specific absorption rate of an MRI device and, more specifically, to a device to measure a specific absorption rate of an MRI device, capable of measuring a temperature change, felt by a human body, and an SAR value of an electromagnetic wave, emitted from the MRI device. According to the present invention, the device includes: a body including a storage part filled with a phantom solution； a cover sealing an upper part of the body； and an electric field measuring part placed in the storage part of the body. Moreover, the electric field measuring part includes: a plate； a support installed to have a predetermined distance from an upper part of the plate； and an electric field measuring sensor measuring an electric field in a phantom by being fixed to the support. Moreover, according to the present invention, the device includes: a body including a storage part filled with the phantom； a cover sealing an upper part of the body； and a temperature measuring part paced in the storage part of the body.
