PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify an energy burning state of a user.SOLUTION: The notification system comprises an input section 15, a first arithmetic unit 16, a triaxial acceleration sensor module 17, a second arithmetic unit 18, a third arithmetic unit 19, a comparator 20 and a display 21. The input section 15 detects input of a nutrient quantity of intake food of a measurement target person. The first arithmetic unit 16 calculates an integrated sugar mass. The triaxial acceleration sensor module 17 detects the motion of a body of the measurement target person. The second arithmetic unit 18 calculates a consumed calorie of the measurement target person on the basis of the body motion detected by the triaxial acceleration sensor module 17. The third arithmetic unit 19 integrates the consumed calorie during a sampling period calculated by the second arithmetic unit 18 and calculates the consumed calorie as an integral consumed calorie. The comparator 20 compares the integral consumed calorie with the integral sugar mass.
