The present invention relates to a quartz-porphyry laver roaster, comprising: a conveyor (20) conveying laver a quartz-porphyry heating plate (30) disposed at the upper portion of the conveyor (20), and having a heater (32) built inside same a plate (40) for receiving dropping material disposed separately at the lower portion of the conveyor (20) so as to collect excess seasoning and laver fragments dropping from the laver being conveyed through the conveyor (20) and a cylindrical actuator (50) lifting either the conveyor (20) or the plate (40) for receiving dropping material so as to adjust the distance between the plate (40) for receiving dropping material and the conveyor (20). According to the present invention, the laver is effectively roasted without burning same, so as to be provided with a good taste and good nutritional value.
