(A) is a sulfone oxide of internal olefin. (B) is an organic solvent selected from the group consisting of the following (B1) to (B5) (B1) aromatic alcohol (B2) polypropylene glycol (B3) N-alkylpyrrolidone (B4) alkylene carbonate and (B5) lactone or cyclic ketone.
