This work is about an automatic areca cutting machine.A bracket is mainly arranged on the support rod of the body.And a knife is installed on the shelf.And a pressing unit is arranged at the upper end of the support rod.And the pressing block at the bottom end of the rack of the pressing unit corresponds to the cutter.In this way,The betel nut is placed at the tool of the shelf.Then drive the rotating power source to drive the gear to rotate through the clutch.In order to make the gear rack move downward,After pressing the areca nut with the bottom pressing block,Cut the areca nut into several pieces together with the cutter.When the rack moves down,The system will simultaneously drive the side brake lever to move downward.So that the push rod at the bottom of the brake lever pushes against the push rod to actuate the clutch.When the gears lose power,The rack and the stopper are driven to reset by the elastic part.To wait for the next areca to be placed before driving the clutch to engage for automatic sectioning.本創作係有關於一種自動檳榔剖切機,係主要於機體之支撐桿上組設有一置放架,並於該置放架上裝設有刀具,又於該支撐桿上端處設有一壓制單元,並使該壓制單元其齒條底端之壓掣塊與該刀具相對應,藉此,係將檳榔置於該置放架之刀具處,再驅使旋轉動力源經離合器帶動齒輪轉動,以使齒輪連動齒條往下位移,令其底端壓掣塊下壓檳榔後,與刀具共同將檳榔剖切成數片,當齒條往下位移同時,係會一併帶動旁側掣動桿往下位移,以使掣動桿抵推其底側之推桿作動離合器分離,而使齒輪失去動力後,令齒條及掣動桿由彈性件帶動復位,以待下一檳榔置放後再驅使離合器接合以自動進行剖切者。
