The present invention relates to a rake for a salt farm, comprising front and rear plates, and a grip. The front blade is for collecting salt. The rear plate includes: a rear blade plate disposed to face the front plate a horizontal plate connecting the rear blade plate and the front plate and a rubber plate attached to one surface of the rear blade plate to extend towards the bottom surface of a salt farm. The grip is connected to the front or rear plate. According to the present invention, the rake for a salt farm can be made of titanium to reduce the weight thereof, thereby reducing tiredness of a worker. The front and rear plates, and the rubber plate can be attached to, and detached from the rake, and can be replaced as necessary, so maintenance expenses can be reduced.
