PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide azaindole useful as an inhibitor of Janus kinases.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to compounds useful as inhibitors of protein kinases, particularly of JAK family kinases. The invention also provides pharmaceutically acceptable compositions comprising the compounds and a method for using the compositions in the treatment of various disease, conditions, or disorders. The compounds and the pharmaceutically acceptable compositions thereof are useful for treatment or reduction of seriousness of various diseases of a patient, including proliferative disease, heart disease, neurodegeneration disease, autoimmune disease, conditions related to organ transplant, inflammatory disease or immunity-mediated disease.
