The apparatus for collecting larvae of marine organisms and suspended load of the present invention is settled on the ground of the ocean to collect the larvae of marine organisms and the suspended load. The apparatus includes: a settling frame including a circular or polygonal-shaped lower frame which helps the apparatus be settled on the bottom of the ocean, and a circular or polygonal-shaped upper frame which is disposed to keep a distance from the lower frame in a vertical direction because of vertical frames vertically installed on the lower frame； a gimbal device provided on the upper frame； and a collecting part which is installed to be able to horizontally rotate in the middle of the gimbal device toward a direction corresponding to ocean current or tidal current in the water, always maintains a horizontal state by the gimbal device even when the settling frame is settled on an inclined ground, and includes a plurality of collecting meshes horizontally arranged and installed. According to the present invention, the collecting part, which is settled on the ground of the ocean to collect the larvae of marine organisms and the suspended load moving along the ocean current or tidal current, is mounted on the gimbal device, and thus, even when the settling frame is settled on the inclined ground, the collecting part can always maintain the horizontal state, thereby smoothly and accurately collecting materials to be collected.
