PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous heat treatment device that is facilitated in setting of a heating condition suitable for each food material and excellent in productivity.SOLUTION: A heat treatment device for a food material includes: an outer chamber part that is partitioned into a plurality of zones by a partition and an inner cylinder part disposed so as to transverse the outer chamber part and having rotation-controlled ventilation property.
