PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial stone calcified tissue recovering lost function and shape of hard tissues of living matter, having 3 requirements of biocompatibility, bioadhesiveness and mechanical tolerance and approximating the hard tissues, an artificial stone calcified prosthetic material for generating the artificial stone calcified tissue, and a manufacturing method of the artificial stone calcified tissue by using the artificial stone calcified prosthetic material.SOLUTION: There is provided an artificial stone calcified tissue constituted by hydroxyapatite and collagen. There is provided an artificial stone calcified tissue, where an artificial stone calcified prosthetic material for manufacturing the artificial stone calcified tissue is constituted by an inorganic material by mixing an inorganic material which is a solution of collagen or gelatin and DCPA powder and TTCP powder. There is further provided a manufacturing method of the artificial stone calcified tissue including mixing an organic material and the inorganic material, then filling them into dentin or ossein at same time or separately and reacting them in the presence of water or an extracellular fluid.
