The present invention relates to a cell secreting insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) and interleukin-10 (IL-10), and uses of the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cell secreting IGF-1 and IL-10, transformed to nucleic acids encoding IGF-1 and IL-10 and uses of the cell for suppression of cell or tissue transplant rejection, and prevention or treatment of fibrosis, liver diseases, graft-versus-host disease, inflammatory diseases, and autoimmune diseases. The cell secreting IGF-1 and IL-10, produced by a gene introduction system, have excellent co-expression and co-secretion abilities of IGF-1 and IL-10. Based on the above, the cell of the present invention, by suppressing the activation and proliferation of hepatic stellate cells, shows excellent therapeutic and prophylactic effects for liver diseases such as liver fibrosis and liver cirrhosis, and also may be utilized in therapeutic and prophylactic compositions for other diseases that need suppression of inflammation, immunomodulation, and tissue regeneration.본 발명은 IGF-1(insulin like growth factor-1) 및 IL-10(interleukin-10)을 분비하는 세포, 및 이의 용도에 대한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 IGF-1 및 IL-10을 암호화하는 핵산으로 형질전환 된, IGF-1 및 IL-10을 분비하는 세포와 상기 세포의 섬유증, 간질환, 세포 또는 조직 이식 거부반응 억제, 이식편대숙주 질환, 염증성 질환 및 자가면역 질환의 예방 또는 치료 용도에 대한 것이다,본 발명 특유의 유전자 도입 시스템에 의하여 제작된 IGF-1 및 IL-10분비 세포는 IGF-1 및 IL-10의 공발현(co-expression) 및 공분비(co-secretion) 능력이 뛰어나다. 이를 기반으로 본 발명의 세포는 간성상세포(hepatic stellate cell)의 활성화 및 증식을 억제함으로써, 간 섬유화 또는 간경화 등의 간질환 치료 및 예방 효과가 뛰어나며, 또한 염증 억제, 면역조절 및 조직 재생이 필요한 다른 질환에 대한 치료 및 예방용 조성물에도 활용 가능하다.
