PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cultivation water or feeding water for underwater organism capable of disease prevention of infection by virus, bacterium, fungus, slime mold or microorganism without using toxic agent to cultivation water or feeding water for underwater organism, scarcely rots of seafood after catching, capable of extending expiration term and consumption term while keeping freshness and hardly causing food poisoning even when eaten.SOLUTION: There is provided disease prevention of infection by virus, bacterium, fungus, slime mold or microorganism during culturing or feeding of underwater organisms 8c to g and improvement and treatment of disorder by using antibacterial metal ion water 4a from which silver ion, zinc ion and copper ion are eluted as cultivation water or feeding water.
