PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent with a novel configuration capable of providing a shape corresponding to a lumen such as a blood vessel at a favorable yield ratio.SOLUTION: A stent 10 being inflatable in the radial direction and placed in a body lumen, has a deformed cylindrical shape, the cross-sectional shape of which is changing in the length direction and has metal skeletons 18 and 19 formed by at least any of electrocasting and etching. This configuration can provide the stent with a shape corresponding to, for example, a branch part of the blood vessel from the very beginning, so as to form the stent highly accurately corresponding to a lumen such as the blood vessel, at a favorable yield ratio.
