The present invention relates to a stent graft loading device. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the stent graft loading device is configured to introduce a stent into the inner cavity of a blood vessel while shrinking the diameter of the stent, and comprises: a grip part having a fixed tube attached to one end thereof； and a movable tube inserted in the grip part and the fixed tube so as to be movable in forward/backward directions, wherein the movable tube includes a handle attached to a following end thereof, and includes a guide hole having a movable tube cover connected to a leading end thereof, wherein the movable tube cover is disposed so as to surround the outside of the stent inserted so as to surround the outside of a leading end portion of the fixed tube, such that when the movable tube moves forward, the guide hole and the movable tube cover move forward as well, thereby causing the stent to expand from the rear end thereof. The present invention may increase the precision of stent graft installation.본 발명은 스텐트 그래프트 로딩용 장치에 관한 것으로 본 발명은 일 실시예로 스텐트를 직경을 축소시킨 상태로 혈관 내강에 투입시켜 시술하는 스텐트 그래프트 로딩용 장치에 있어서, 일단에 고정튜브가 부착된 파지부； 및 상기 파지부와 고정튜브에 삽입되어 전, 후로 이동 가능한 이동튜브；를 포함하고, 상기 이동튜브의 후단에는 손잡이가 부착되고, 상기 이동튜브의 선단에는 이동튜브커버를 갖는 가이드구가 연결되며, 상기 이동튜브커버는 상기 고정튜브 선단부의 외측을 둘러싸도록 삽입된 스텐트를 외부에서 둘러싸도록 배치되어, 상기 이동튜브가 전방으로 이동할 때, 상기 가이드구와 이동튜브커버도 전방으로 이동하여 스텐트가 후방부터 펼쳐지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트 그래프트 로딩용 장치를 제공함으로써, 스텐트 그래프트 설치의 정밀성을 높일 수 있다.
