PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provides a radiotherapy system that monitors a target location in real time.SOLUTION: The radiotherapy system that monitors the target location in real time, comprise: combining a remote control system to actuate a real-time image capturing device to capture an image in real time for monitoring the target location and matching an image registration system to perform image registration based on the image captured in real time and an image used for a radiotherapy plan, whereby it is confirmed whether the patients tumor is in a preplanned beams eye view. When it is confirmed that the tumor is in the range of the preplanned beams eye view, the accuracy of the treatment can be improved, which makes the treatment more effective, and the irradiated area of the radiotherapy can be reduced, which makes the radiotherapy safer.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】ターゲット位置をリアルタイムでモニタリングする放射線治療システムの提供。【解決手段】本ターゲット位置をリアルタイムでモニタリングする放射線治療システムは、遠方制御システムを結合してリアルタイム撮影装置を操作しリアルタイムで撮影してターゲット位置をモニタリングし、並びに画像レジストレーションシステムを整合してリアルタイムで撮影した画像を放射線治療計画に用いられる画像と画像レジストレーションし、患者の腫瘍が先に計画されたビームアイビューの範囲にあるか否かを確認する。腫瘍が先に計画されたビームアイビュー範囲にあることが確認された時、治療の正確度が増し治療効果を高められるほか、放射線治療の照射範囲を縮小して放射線治療の安全性を高められる。【選択図】図1
