PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image discrimination device, an image discrimination method and a program, capable of automatically discriminating whether it is a contrast image or a non-contrast image.

SOLUTION: The image discrimination device includes: an image acquisition part for acquiring image data a part detection part for performing the processing of detecting the area of a predetermined first part where an image is not affected by a contrast medium to the acquired image data a part specifying part for specifying the area of a predetermined second part where the image is affected by the contrast medium, in a predetermined relative position relation with the first part and an image discrimination part for discriminating whether or not contrast imaging is performed for the acquired image data on the basis of the image data in the specified area of the second part in the acquired image data.
