PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implant anchor for orthodontics without a risk of being loosened or dropping when attached inside the oral cavity.SOLUTION: The implant anchor for orthodontics is for fixing an urging member for correcting the position of a tooth by applying the moving force to the tooth. The implant anchor includes a screw, a first engagement part, an intermediate part, a second engagement part and a head in this order in the direction from the distal end to the proximal end. Each of the two engagement parts has a truncated cone shape with an outer diameter at the end on the distal end side smaller than the outer diameter at the end on the proximal end side, and is engaged with an alveolar bone to stabilize the implant anchor. The intermediate part is a narrow portion between the two engagement parts, and has an affinity for the living tissue between alveolar bones to stabilize the implant anchor. The implant anchor may be formed to a dental corrective instrument by combining a bracket to be fixed to a tooth with the urging member for applying the moving force to the tooth.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】口腔内に取り付けられたときに緩みや脱落のない歯科矯正用インプラントアンカーの提供。【解決手段】歯に移動力を加えてその歯の位置を矯正するための付勢部材を固定するための歯科矯正用インプラントアンカー。このインプラントアンカーは、先端から末端方向に、順に、ネジ部、第一嵌合部、中間部、第二嵌合部、および頭部を具備している。二つの嵌合部は、それぞれ先端側端部の外径が末端側端部の外径よりも小さい円錐台状の形状であり、歯槽骨に嵌合してインプラントアンカーを安定化させる。また中間部は、二つの嵌合部の間の細い部分であり、歯槽骨間の生体組織と親和して、インプラントアンカーを安定化させる。このインプラントアンカーは、歯に固着させるブラケットおよびその歯に移動力を加える付勢部材と組み合わせて歯科矯正器具とすることもできる。【選択図】図2
