The processor 16 is configured to enter a sleep mode when the vaporizer 24 is connected to the body 4 and the device is inactive for an inactive time. Furthermore, the processor 16 is configured to leave the sleep mode and enter a usable mode when the vaporizer 24 is disconnected from the body 4 then reconnected to the body 4.
