PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens injection instrument of simple structure that controls damages to a support caused by a plunger.SOLUTION: The intraocular lens injection instrument has an insertion part internally structured to insert an intraocular lens through an incision and fold it up while it moves within the insertion part, a placing part positioned at the bottom end of the insertion part to keep the lens from stresses, a tubular injector body having the insertion part and the placing part ahead of it, and a plunger means having a flexible push rod movably provided within the injector body to push out the lens off the insertion part along the movement axis.
