PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a composite stretchable member which achieves both of seal and cutting and stably performs them.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a composite stretchable member comprises a step of transporting a composite sheet 15 and introducing it into a first processing part 11 to perform first processing, and then introduced it into a second processing part 12 to perform second processing. The first processing part 11 includes an anvil roll 13 and a first processing roll, and the second processing part 12 includes an anvil roll 14 and a second processing roll. The composite sheet 15 is transported such that a first sheet material 1 faces the first processing roll at the first processing part 11, and a second sheet material 2 faces the second processing roll at the second processing part 12.
