PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image capturing/recording apparatus efficiently and optimally providing fine surface images of the lingual mucosa and mamillae in a stable form by removing irregular reflection, shininess, and haze on a surface in a shortest time possible, in the lingual mucosa with irregularity in which a liquid phase and a gaseous phase are mixedly present.SOLUTION: A liquid phase (f) is formed between a tip observation surface of an observation apparatus and an observation object mucosa surface by using artificial saliva, naturally secreted saliva, tissue fluid or the like so as to remove a gaseous phase between a projection film (e) and the observation object mucosa surface (g), covering a camera, particularly an optical path thereof, and especially a protective capsule. Simultaneously, the mucosa is treated by a medical agent, and, while removing the gaseous phase by intervention of the liquid phase, a moving image is continuously captured by manually sliding an image capture surface of an imaging device covered by a thin film, thereby effectively capturing an entire mucosa surface in a short time. Further, images subjected to advanced image processing, and high-precision, stereoscopic, or three-dimensional images are acquired from the obtained plurality of images.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】凹凸があり液相と気相が混在する舌粘膜において表面の乱反射、テカリ、モヤを排除し安定した形態の舌粘膜・乳頭の微細表面画像を極力短時間に効率的かつ最適に得る画像撮影記録装置の提供。【解決手段】観察装置の先端観察面と被観察粘膜面との間に人工唾液、あるいは自然に分泌される唾液、組織液などにより液相(へ)を形成することで、カメラ、特にその光路、とりわけ保護カプセルを覆う、保護フィルム(ホ)と被観察粘膜面(ト)との間の気相を排除する。同時に粘膜を薬剤処理し、液相介在により気相を排除させながら薄膜フィルムで覆われた撮影装置撮像面を手送りで滑走させ連続的に動画を撮影することで、短時間かつ効率的に全粘膜面の撮影を行うとともに、得られた複数の画像により、高度画像処理画像、高精度、ステレオ、あるいは3次元画像を得る。【選択図】図1
