PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe enabling an initial aspiration for the confirmation of the distal end position of a needle without accompanying the retrusion of a plunger.SOLUTION: A syringe 1 comprises a barrel 2 with a plunger 3 in slidable and sealing engagement therein, and a needle attached to one end of the barrel 2. The barrel 2 has aspiration means 13 in the form of manually-operable resilient portions 13, which can be operated to cause a pressure differential in the barrel 2, the pressure differential then being used to perform aspiration. The resilient portions 13 are formed by localized reductions of wall thickness in a wall of the barrel 2.【課題】プランジャの後退を伴うことなく針の先端位置の確認のための初期吸引を可能にした注射器を提供する。【解決手段】注射器１は、摺動可能に密封係合するプランジャ３を備えた胴部２を含み、胴部２の一端に針が取り付けられる。胴部２は、手動で操作可能な弾性部１３の形態をとる吸引手段を有し、弾性部１３を操作して胴部２内に圧力差を生じさせることができ、その際、圧力差を利用して吸引が行われる。弾性部１３は、胴部２の壁を局部的に薄肉化して形成される。【選択図】図１
