PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered baked confectionery having an unconventional and new internal layer that can be stably obtained by a simple process.SOLUTION: A layered baked confectionery product has a wavy boundary face obtained by layering a dough having a higher specific gravity on a dough having a lower specific gravity, and baking it.
