The present invention relates to an abutment for an implant, which has a compression socket for compressing a bolt inserted into a first insertion hole of the abutment such that compressive force of the compression socket continues to be applied to the bolt, thereby preventing the bolt from being loosened although vibration caused by a chewing motion continues to be applied to the abutment. Accordingly, the abutment can be prevented from departing in use of an implant, thereby increasing reliability of an implant. To the end, the abutment is inserted into fixture planted in alveolar bone and a bolt is inserted into the first insertion hole of the abutment such that the abutment is fixed on the fixture. The abutment (10) comprises: a first insertion hole (12) which is formed in the middle thereof with a predetermined depth, and on which a head portion of the bolt (20) is seated； and a second insertion hole (14) into which a thread portion, extended from the head portion of the bolt (20) seated on the first insertion hole (12), is inserted to be coupled with fixture (1).
