PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous suspension liquid agent enabling the application of a sufficient amount of medicament for therapeutic treatment to a topical part in spite of the failure in establishing the preparation of a sparingly soluble medicament to be usable in topical application, and provide an aqueous suspension liquid agent, especially an eye lotion, enabling the sterilization with high-pressure steam and having low topical stimulation and excellent aging stability and dispersion stability.SOLUTION: An aqueous suspension liquid agent containing fine nano-particles of a sparingly soluble medicament and a disintegrating agent, and an aqueous suspension liquid agent produced by adding a solution containing the sparingly soluble medicament solubilized over saturated solubility to the above aqueous suspension liquid agent are effective for increasing the drug concentration at the topical part to a level sufficient for the therapeutic treatment and keeping the effective concentration.
