PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof cover, even when a user has an infusion needle fitted thereto, a bandage wound therearound for treatment of a wound area, or a cast applied thereto, protecting an affected area from the wetting with hot water, and allowing the user to have a shower, have a bath such as soaking in a bathtub, and wash the body.SOLUTION: A closed-cell foam sponge sheet whose surface at least coming into contact with a skin is a slice surface, is fixed, with a waterproof tacky glue, to entire medial perimeters of both ends of a cylindrical cover having an inner perimeter larger than the length of an external envelope curve of an object fitted to a body. Parts of bands are stuck to the lateral surface thereof using the waterproof tacky glue to be fixed. After the ends of the cylindrical cover are folded back in accordance with the perimeters of the body at both ends of the cylindrical cover, the bands are tightened to form a watertight seal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 利用者が、点滴針を装着したり、創傷部治療のために包帯を装着したり、ギブスを装着したような状態であっても、患部を湯水で濡れないように防護し、シャワーや湯船への浸漬などの入浴・体の洗浄を行いうるようにする防水カバーを提供する。【解決手段】 体に装着した物の外側包絡線長よりも大きな内側周囲長を持つ筒型カバーの両端の内側面全周に、耐水性粘着糊を用いて少なくとも肌に接する面がスライス面である独立発泡スポンジシートを貼付て固定し、その外側面に耐水性粘着糊を用いてバンドの一部を貼付て固定し、筒型カバー両端部の体の周囲長に合わせて筒型カバー端部を折り畳んでからバンドを絞り込んで水密シールとする。【選択図】図1
