PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the production of a cream for external use with high anti-inflammatory activity at a cost as low as possible.SOLUTION: A cream contains fucoidan and glycyrrhetic acid stearyl as active ingredients of anti-inflammatory activity. The fucoidan can use the boiled concentrate liquid of the extract of a raw material (Nemacystus). The concentrate liquid is used as much as possible at a degree of maintaining the viscosity as a cream. Because in addition to high anti-inflammatory activity of fucoidan, the anti-inflammatory activity by glycyrrhetic acid stearyl can also be secured, unconventional high anti-inflammatory activity can be obtained. Because fucoidan which is concentrated by a simple method comprising boiling the extract can be used, the cost is also suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】高い抗炎症作用の外用クリームを、できるだけコストを抑えて製造可能にする。【解決手段】クリームは、抗炎症作用の有効成分としてフコイダンとグリチルレチン酸ステアリルとを含んでいる。フコイダンは、原料（モズク）の抽出液を煮沸した濃縮液を使用できる。濃縮液は、クリームとしての粘度を維持できる程度に、可能な限り多く使用する。フコイダンの高い抗炎症作用に加えて、グリチルレチン酸ステアリルによる抗炎症作用も確保できるため、従来にない高い抗炎症作用を得ることができる。フコイダンは、抽出液を煮沸する簡単な方法で濃縮したものを使用できるため、コストも抑制できる。【選択図】図１
