The present invention relates to novel bipyridyl derivatives of formula (I) and to the use of such compounds in which the inhibition, regulation and/or modulation of signal transduction by ATP consuming proteins like kinases plays a role, particularly to inhibitors of TGF-beta receptor kinases, and to the use of such compounds for the treatment of kinase-induced diseases, in particular for the treatment of tumors.Composés de bipyridyl de formule (I) et leur utilisation là où linhibition, la régulation et/ou la modulation de la transduction du signal par des protéines consommatrices dATP telles que des kinases jouent un rôle, en particulier des kinases réceptrices de TGF β, et lutilisation de tels composés pour le traitement de pathologies induites par des kinases, en particulier des tumeurs.
