PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheath device for an endoscope system capable of reducing in-channel contamination of the endoscope system.SOLUTION: A sheath device for an endoscope system has: a contamination preventing sheath 23 which is formed into a cylindrical shape for inserting a treatment instrument 32 and has a sheath curved part at the end and a curve operation part 21 which is connected to a rear end of the contamination preventing sheath 23 and performs curve operation of the sheath curved part.
