PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion information measurement device, a communication control method and a communication control program capable of improving a success ratio of communication establishment in short-range wireless communication and achieving power saving.SOLUTION: A motion information measurement device 10 comprises: a motion pace information measurement part 20 for measuring motion pace information of a user a communication part 3 for performing short-range wireless communication with other device comprising a communication part for performing short-range wireless communication and a communication control part 21 for controlling communication performed by the communication part 3.
