PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orally disintegrating tablet having the excellent characteristics of: (1) being easily producible without requiring a special formulation technique and with general equipment； (2) having a suitable strength so as not to be damaged in the distribution process； (3) having fast disintegration in the oral cavity； (4) having good administration feeling with bitterness and rough feeling being largely reduced； and the like.SOLUTION: An orally disintegrating tablet contains (1) D-mannitol, (2) an active ingredient, (3) one or more kinds of disintegrating agents selected from a group consisting of crospovidone and carmellose, (4) a sucrose fatty acid ester, (5) a binding agent and (6) starch, where the content of D-mannitol in the formulation is 50 wt.% or more, oral disintegration is within 30 seconds, and the absolute hardness is 2.5 N/mm.【課題】(1)特殊な製剤技術を必要とせず一般的な設備で容易に製造可能である、(2)流通過程で損傷しない適度な強度を有する、(3)口腔内において速やかな崩壊性を有する、(4)苦味やざらつき感等を大きく軽減した良好な服用感を併せ持つ等の優れた特性を有する口腔内崩壊錠を提供すること。【解決手段】(1)D-マンニトール、(2)活性成分、(3)クロスポビドン及びカルメロースからなる群より選ばれる１種以上の崩壊剤、(4)ショ糖脂肪酸エステル、(5)結合剤、並びに(6)デンプンを含有し、D-マンニトールの製剤中の含有量が50重量%以上であり、口腔内で30秒以内に崩壊し、かつ絶対硬度が2.5N/mm2である、口腔内崩壊錠。【選択図】なし
