PURPOSE: A mesh combination for a plastic surgery is provided to have an increased density of skin by pulling slagged skin and to be equipped individually to pull skin elastically. CONSTITUTION: A mesh combination(1) for a plastic surgery comprises a net body(10) and a modulator(20). The net body is inserted inside of the skin for the plastic surgery and coalesced with the skin tissue, and forms a penetrating hole(11) by forming two dimensional planes.
