The present invention relates to a system which protects human organ during operation and, more specifically, to the system which comprises: an operation robot including operation tools a navigation system for operation which includes a tracker and navigation software and an organ protection software. The system provides the human organ protection algorithm for patients which comprises: a step of inputting restriction area setting information, which is about areas in which operation of target objects are restricted, into robot arms a step of applying force, which is inversely proportional to distance between the restricted area and the robot, to a driving motor of robot arms and a step of forcibly fixing the robot when the operation tools invade the restricted area.
