PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretcher, enabling rotatable casters to easily move right and left and rotate at any height even when the leg parts of the stretcher loaded on an ambulance vehicle are folded to use the stretcher in a low state, and to provide a stretcher, enabling the caster to be fixed to use the stretcher with safety even when the leg parts are completely folded to naturally apply brakes on the casters of the rear leg parts and use the stretcher in a low position.SOLUTION: The rear legs of the stretcher 100 are four legs composed of rear legs 14 and rear auxiliary legs 16 the upper end parts of the respective legs are stretched on both sides of an upper frame 11, and a fixed caster 18 is mounted on a front leg 12 rotatable casters 19 are mounted on the rear legs through a link operating part 21. A front end part of a support arm 20 supporting the rear auxiliary legs 16 is journaled to the link operating part 21, and the shafts of the casters 19 are vertically held by the rear main legs 14 and the rear auxiliary legs 16, whereby even when the stretcher is set at any height, the stretcher 100 can be rotated forward and backward and right and left.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【解決課題】ストレッチャーの脚部を折りたたんで低い状態で使用しても回動自在のキャスターが回動可能であって、脚部を完全に折り畳むと回動自在なキャスターがブレーキで固定されるストレッチャーに関する。【解決手段】ストレッチャー100の後部脚を後部脚14と後部補助脚16の4本の脚とし、夫々の脚の上端部を上部フレーム11の両サイドに架装し、前部脚12に固定キャスター18と後部脚にリンク稼動部21を介して回動自在のキャスター19を着設し、後部補助脚16を支持する支持アーム20の前端部をリンク稼動部21に軸着し、前記後部主脚14と前記後部補助脚16によってキャスター19の軸を垂直に保持して、ストレッチャーをどのような高さにしても前後左右に回動可能なストレッチャー100とした。【選択図】図1
