The present invention relates to an LED apparatus for raising seedlings. The LED apparatus comprises: a trolley (1) provided with a plurality of loading stands (2) accommodating seedling culturing pots, and LED packages (100) formed on the lower portion of the loading stands (2); and module installation surfaces (20) provided in the LED packages (100) has a polygonal surface so that a plurality of LED modules (10) can be mounted on a single heat dissipating member (21). The module installation surface (20) includes a center irradiating region (22) formed in parallel with the seedling pots (P); and side focusing regions (24) which are concatenated at both ends of the center irradiating region (22) to be inclined downward so that light sources can be overlapped each other. Each LED module (10) is classified by a red wavelength band (R), a blue wavelength band (B), and a white wavelength band (W) so that photon flux density for each band can be finely controlled and each band can be turned on and off by a control unit (30). Accordingly, the LED apparatus blocks loss of the light sources to the outside thereof even when the LED modules are arranged in two lines to increase the photon flux density as the light sources of the LED modules are overlapped by the center irradiation region and the side light focusing regions formed on the single heat dissipating member, thereby enhancing light source concentration ratio and, specially, enhancing energy efficiency.본 발명은 led 육묘장치에 관련되며, 구성에 특징으로 살펴보면, 육묘포트가 수납되는 복수의 적재대(2)와, 적재대(2) 하부에 LED패키지(100)가 구비되는 대차(1); 상기 LED패키지(100)는 단일의 방열부재(21)상에 복수개의 led모듈(10)이 장착되도록 다각면으로 이루어진 모듈설치면(20)이 구비되고, 상기 모듈설치면(20)은 육묘포터(P)와 평행하게 형성되는 센터조사영역(22)과, 센터조사영역(22) 양단에 경사각으로 연접되어 광원이 서로 겹쳐지도록 형성되는 사이드집광영역(24)으로 구성되며, 상기 각각의 led모듈(10)은 적색파장(R), 청색파장(B), 백색파장(W) 대역별로 구분되어, 제어부(30)에 의해 대역별 광량자속밀도 미세조절 및 on/off작동되도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 본 발명은 단일의 방열부재상에 형성되는 센터조사영역과 사이드집광영역에 의해 led모듈의 광원이 서로 겹쳐짐에 따라 광량자속밀도를 높이기 위해 led모듈을 복열 배치하더라도 광원 외부손실이 차단되면서 광원
