The device comprises teeth arranged in one row and the combined in the upper part with a common bridge with a support platform for a foot, a shank. The shank is connected to the common bridge in one plane with the teeth. Each tooth comprises a head part and an intermediate working part. The working part is formed as a drill. The head of the tooth is pressed into the inner cartridge of the ball bearing, the outer cartridge of which is fixedly connected to the common bridge. On the intermediate part of each tooth there is a helical thread, which is arranged in a threaded hole formed in the working bridge forming a screw pair. The common bridge and the working bridge are connected to the spacing levers. The teeth are placed apart at a distance of 0.2-0.3 mm. At the edge of the upper platform of the common bridge there is a lug for the shank. On the upper end of the shank there is a handle designed as a bicycle wheel.
