PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide glycosylated and/or glycopegylated recombinant FGF conjugates.SOLUTION: The fibroblast growth factor (FGF) conjugate of the invention comprises a mutated FGF-21 peptide with a modification group, where the modification group is covalently bonded to the mutated FGF-21 peptide at a predetermined glycosyl or amino residue through an intact glycosyl linking group, and the intact glycosyl linking group is a saccharide monomer that links the modification group to the remainder of the molecule without degradation.
