The device includes an elongate tubular body having a distal end and a proximal end and a lumen therebetween, a valve disposed within the lumen of the elongate tubular body, and a pressure sensor attached to the elongate tubular body and operativelv engaged to the valve, in which the pressure sensor actuates opening and closing of the valve.La présente invention concerne un dispositif médical implantable pour augmenter le débit sanguin coronarien chez des patients souffrant dinsuffisance cardiaque. Le dispositif comprend un corps tubulaire allongé ayant une extrémité distale et une extrémité proximale et une lumière située entre celles-ci, une soupape disposée dans la lumière du corps tubulaire allongé, et un capteur de pression fixé au corps tubulaire allongé et mis en prise de manière fonctionnelle avec la soupape, dans laquelle le capteur de pression actionne louverture et la fermeture de la soupape.
