The present invention includes a needle array for a blood glucose sensor. The blood glucose sensor comprises: a body plate (110) of a conductive material, which has a horizontally arranged plate shape, which has an electrode unit (111) formed at one side, and which has a plurality of through holes (112) vertically opened are spaced apart along a longitudinal direction at the other sides； and a plurality of needle tips (120) formed integrally with the body plate (110), vertically bent from one end of each through hole (112), and having a length and diameter or micro units to be inserted into stratum corneum of skin and used to measure blood glucose in body fluids.본 발명의 특징에 따르면, 수평배치된 판형상으로 이루어져 일측에 전극부(111)가 형성되고 타측에는 상하로 개구된 복수 개의 관통공(112)이 길이방향을 따라 이격배치된 전도성 재질의 본체판(110)； 및 상기 본체판(110)과 일체로 형성되되 각 관통공(112)의 일측단으로부터 수직하게 절곡형성되며 마이크로 단위의 길이와 직경으로 이루어져 피부의 각질층에 삽입되면서 체액내 혈당을 측정하는데 이용되는 다수의 마이크로 니들팁(120)；을 포함하는 혈당센서용 니들어레이를 포함한다.
