A limb support coupler including a flexible body having opposing flexible body first and second faces, the flexible body conformingly embeddable within a limb support and a connector outwardly extending from the flexible body first face. Further, a limb support coupler whereby the flexible body conformingly embeds within the limb support to dispose the flexible body first and seconds faces in adjacent generally parallel relation to respective limb support external and internal surfaces.
