The main purpose of this work is to provide an improved walking stick structure to assist the disabled.It includes: a body,It is a hollow column.And has a support rod and a support part.The support part has a holding space；An adsorption element,In the holding space；A moving cable is arranged inside the main body.The connecting cable has a first buckle part and a second buckle part.The first buckle part can be connected with the adsorption element；A holding element,It is hollow and has a connecting end and a holding end for the user to hold.The joint end which can be connected with the top end of the support rod of the body.A pivoting column is arranged at the setting position of the bottom end of the connecting end；A control element,The bottom end of one side is provided with a pivot joint part.The pivoting part can be pivoted with the pivoting column.A fixed part is arranged at the top setting position on one side of the control element and is connected with the second buckle part.So as to achieve an effective user anti dumping structure.本創作主要係提供一種輔助身障人士行走的拐杖改良結構，其包含有：一本體，為一中空柱體，且具有支撐桿及支撐部，支撐部具有一容置空間；一吸附元件，置於該容置空間；一連動索穿設於本體內部，該連動索具有第一扣部及第二扣部，該第一扣部可與吸附元件相接；一握持元件，為中空狀具有連接端及供使用者握持之握持端，可以與本體之支撐桿頂端相接之接合端，該連接端底端設定位置處設有樞接柱；一控制元件，其一側底端設有樞接部，該樞接部可以與樞接柱樞接，一固定部設於該控制元件一側頂端設定位置處並與第二扣部相接，藉此以達到有效使用者防傾倒之結構。
