Quadrupole connector has output port, ground connection port, the first input port and the second input port. Infrared inductor includes infrared induction unit, amplifier, analog digital converter, screen unit and room temperature sensing unit, infrared induction unit is electrically connected amplifier, and amplifier is electrically connected analog digital converter to export the analog/digital conversion value of infra-red signal. Microprocessor is electrically connected between quadrupole connector and infrared inductor. Push-button unit is electrically connected microprocessor to export braking signal. Room temperature sensing unit is electrically connected microprocessor to export room temperature measuring temperature value.
