A stopper protrusion is formed in between the bottom of the support protrusions and the downward protrusion. The wicker tray(10) is arranged in multiple layers by mounting another wicker tray on top. The downward protrusion formed on the wicker tray located on the upper side is fitted to the inner surface(35) of the support protrusions formed on the wicker tray located on the lower side.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012본 발명은 굴비를 급속냉동하기 위한 채반을 구성하되, 채반에 담긴 굴비의 눌림현상을 방지함과 동시에 다층으로 적층된 채반 사이에 냉기의 유통이 원활토록 하여 효과적인 급속냉동이 이루어질 수 있도록 한 것이다.상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 수단으로서 본 발명은 밑판과 측판으로 구성된 통상의 채반을 구성하되, 채반의 측판 각 모서리에 측판의 상면보다 높게 돌출구성된 받침돌편을 구성하고, 밑판 저면 테두리 내측에 하향돌편을 돌출구성하여 받침돌편 하단부에 걸림턱이 형성되게 함으로서, 굴비가 담긴 상태에서 채반 위에 또다른 채반을 적층하더라도 채반의 각 모서리에 돌출구성된 받침돌편 상에 상부채반이 위치하여, 적층된 채반 사이에 일정한 간격의 공간부가 형성되게 함으로서, 채반에 담긴 굴비의 눌림방지 및 냉기의 유통이 원활하게 이루어질 수 있게 한 것이다.
