According to the present invention, the covering-up apparatus comprises: a support plate connected to a power source by a connection part to be transferred an installation part having one end to be rotatably coupled to the support plate a covering-up plate coupled to the other end of the installation part and pushing out the soil to cover up seeds with the soil and an elastic assembly having one end to be coupled to the covering-up plate while the other end of which is coupled to the support plate to provide an elastic force to the covering-up plate when the covering-up plate rotates around the installation part.
