The present invention relates to a bio-signal sensing electrode and a bio-signal sensing system having the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the bio-signal sensing electrode comprises: a fiber layer composed of a flexible non-conductive fiber； a conductive layer formed on one surface of the fiber layer； and a sensing unit passing through the fiber layer and the conductive layer and electrically connected to the conductive layer.본 발명은 생체 신호 감지용 전극 및 이를 포함하는 생체 신호 감지 시스템에 대한 것이다.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 생체 신호 감지용 전극은, 신축성을 갖는 비전도성 섬유로 이루어진 섬유층, 상기 섬유층의 일 표면 상에 형성된 전도층 및 상기 섬유층 및 상기 전도층을 관통하고 상기 전도층과 전기적으로 연결된 감지부를 포함한다.
