The production method for soil-free crops consists in mixing the prepared textile and fibre-based raw materials in a blender and the mixture thus prepared shall be given on a conveyor belt. When the mixture is applied to the conveyor strap, the conveyor moves several times below the mouth of the container in a direction perpendicular to the length of that lip. The transporter (2) of the deck (4) shall be placed on the driver (7) of the moving return ambulance (8),above the working nest form (3) substrate (5). The form (3) in the area of the treated substrate (5) contains the lateral lip and the release plate of the treated substrate (5),seated on the fitter (15) by means of a pusher.Sposób wytwarzania podłoża do upraw bezglebowych polega na tym, że przygotowane surowce włókiennicze oraz surowce włókniste różnopostaciowe miesza się w mieszalniku i tak przygotowaną mieszankę podaje się na taśmę transportera. W trakcie podawania mieszanki na taśmę transportera, transporter przesuwa się w poziomie kilkakrotnie pod ustnikiem zasobnika w kierunku prostopadłym do długości tego ustnika. Następnie wielowarstwowy pokład przekazuje się do formy, po czym w formie prasuje się pokład, a następnie odbiera się sprasowane podłoże z formy i umieszcza się je w opakowaniu. Urządzenie do wytwarzania podłoża, zawiera dozownik (1), oraz umieszczony pod dozownikiem (1) transporter (2) oraz płytę prasującą (9) osadzoną przesuwnie wewnątrz formy (3).
