PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable which can be applied to an ultrasonic catheter driving an ultrasonic probe at the tip from a base end side and the ultrasonic catheter which can be reduced in the number of components with a simple configuration using the cable and reduced in the diameter.SOLUTION: A cable 10 is obtained by winding a plurality of layers of rolled metal for giving turning force around the axis to one or a plurality of core wires.
