Disclosed in embodiments of the present invention is an air-exhaust device for backflow-preventing blood transfusion apparatus, said device comprising a base, an air-filtering membrane and a hermetic stopper, one end of the base being communicated with a hollow tube protruding from one side wall of the backflow-preventing blood transfusion apparatus, the other end being connected to the openable and closable hermetic stopper, and the air-filtering membrane being fixed inside the base.
